Christen is a Catholic Mom of two beautiful girls - 18 and 11 - and a Registered nurse certified in Psychiatric Nursing and Patient Advocacy. For the past 11 years, she has dedicated herself to working with patients specifically struggling with suicidal thoughts and addictions.  However, prevention is key, which means that people need the help before they get to rock bottom.  Going through a divorce and spending most of her adult life as a single mom has automatically catapulted her into supporting and helping other single parents by leading them to healing through faith.
In order to reach more people, she started her own program and is releasing her first book in May 2025.
