My program includes one-on-one coaching, specific divorce support groups, and retreats designed to enhance your well-being. I will guide you through your crisis (big or small), by using effective stress management techniques and research-based coaching models. I strive to provide everything you need to become your best self and maintain your physical, spiritual, and emotional health, but it is YOU as the client who determines your results and level of commitment needed in order to reach your goals.
